Jet Stream 5/7/2014 brown KWPN filly by Aram (Nimmerdor/Uppercut xx) out of Myriah Mist. This is the filly we have been waiting for — Myriah’s first filly out of four foals! “Jefa” (pronounced “heffa,” which means “boss” in Spanish) is incredibly confident and outgoing, as we have come to expect from Myriah’s foals, and very sassy while still being easy to train. She has no spook and has cantered up to the gate to greet you since she was born. This filly will be Shannon’s keeper & forever horse as Myriah is 20 this year. She will attend the KWPN-NA keuring hosted by Kimberlee Farms at El Sueno Equestrian Center in Somis, CA in September 2014. As a youngster, she will compete in the KWPN-NA Claybrook Farms Cup, a free jumping competition held during each keuring, and possibly the Young Horse Show series. From there, the plan will be to start her lighly in the hunters before moving to the Young Jumpers for a season with Nicole Ludwig of Ludwig Stables to prove her ability against her peers, and then become Shannon’s amateur jumper & next broodmare. Clearly, we have plans for this girl!
